AMAREW is an OIRED-led project that supports agricultural research
and extension, watershed management, and micro-enterprise development—all
of this in 13 targeted food-insecure areas of the Amhara National
Regional State. Cornell University, Virginia State, and the NGO ACDI/VOCA
are also partners in this project.
Amhara Regional Agricultural Research Institute (ARARI) is a partner
of Virginia Tech in the AMAREW project.
