The IPM CRSP is managed by the Office of International Research, Education, and Development (OIRED) at Virginia Tech.

With a staff of 24 and a multi-million dollar portfolio, OIRED is well equipped to oversee large donor-funded projects in developing countries around the world. And, having managed the first 10 years of the IPM CRSP (Phases I and II), it has great experience in the issues specific to this venture.
