Expertise: Student advising and other student services related to education abroad, transfer of credit, program selection, and pre-departure orientation. Jeremy also manages the team of Peer Advisors who work in the Education Abroad office. Jeremy hopes to make education abroad a reality for every student at Virginia Tech.

Education: Undergraduate work at Cornell University in French. Graduate work at Yale University in French Literature (specialization in 19th and 20th century literature and psychoanalytic theory).

International Experience: Jeremy has lived in France for extended periods and he studied at the University of Paris VII (Jussieu). He has traveled extensively throughout Europe (including Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Italy, Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands) and Canada.

Experience Summary: Before coming to Virginia Tech, Jeremy worked as a French Professor. As a professor, he gained experience interacting with students, faculty and administrative staff as well as advising students about education abroad opportunities throughout the world.
